Ben likes California Girls

Well Well Well. The good ol' Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Charges win some and lose some to the Steelers. Lately in and around playoff time we have lost to them.

On an even playing field with no injuries I would say this is a very close game. But with injuries on both teams and the Chargers offensive and defense lines decimated, an unproductive and , now often injured LT, I see this as a very challenging game in Pitt.

I tried to do a search to see what Pittsburgh was famous for besides coal, unemployment and ketchup. (As me and Mrs. FireNorv like to plan our football meal around the team the Chargers are playing). It turns out the women are competitively large even coming close to Alabama and the infamous Wisconsin and Iowa women.

This probably explains why Big Ben likes to head on out to Lake Tahoe, CA and 'grab some chicks'. (Perhaps, literally. Allegedly.)

Anyway... so back to football.
Chargers injured. Pittsburgh has their best defensive player injured. Pittsburgh has been playing poorly and on a 2 game losing streak. The Chargers on the other hand have been performing poorly as expected and on track to have a weak opening half of the year as usual under Norv Turner.

BUT I think the Chargers should win this game. Too much offense for Big P. Just enough Defense to handle Big Ben and a string of injured RB's.

My prediction: Steelers still have a super SuperBowl hangover and lose.

Chargers 27
Steelers 24

Another gem of a start for our Chargers. Will we ever be prepared to start off a game by playing physical? We get b*tch slapped every single week at the opening.

Our offense delivers another beaut, 0-20 in the opening drive. Right on Norv!

Chargers did a good job of dolling themselves up with the pink accessories. At least we know they have the ability to focus on something.

Will somebody please help me bash here. I'm starting to feel pretty lonely.

I quit watching at half-time. Has a coach ever been fired mid-game? Norv gone at the half could have been the best thing for the bolts.

norv the bonehead fuxup the use of timeouts as per usual. why would you conserve a timeout and let the clock run down to 2 minutes. makes absolutely zero sense.

Halftime: 28-0

Final:28-38

The problem with us is that the little motivation we have only lasts for a short amount of time. Who's fault is this? It's a combination of things. For one, Norv Turner's play-calling... Nuff' said. Second, Norv's use of the talent on our team. Third, we ihave little to no chemistry because we have no confidence because we have no GODDAMN LEADER!!!! I'm he so tired of this shit! If AJ doesn't fire Norv at the end of this year.... I might have to switch teams to the ravens.

Maybe a miracle will happen and AJ will fire Nonrv during the bye... fml.

norvSucks, I can see you wanting Norv to be fired, but he's probably a nice guy. Stop the hate.

Big Ben did a great job of hosting WWE Monday Night Raw.
