Getting their asses handed to them in a must win game but the 2nd worst team in the NFL. Not ever knowing what to do in a 2 minute or hurry up situation. Cant get organized within 40 seconds to run a 2 point conversion. Then fail after wasting a time out. AND a delay of game on Cason at the end for NO REASON? WOW. Who is in charge of this team?
SO. Here is the question. Are the Chargers players (who most consider the most talented in the NFL for the past 3 years) just shitty football players or is the coach a joke and has run them into the ground?
This falls on AJ now. You can get the nicest engine and exhaust and transmission in the world but its all worthless if you try to install them on a broken rusty iron frame from an exploded Ford Pinto or AMC Gremlin.
Norv is a Gremlin and a Pinto all mixed into one. Maybe its better the Chargers dont get into the playoffs and show the rest of the country how embarrassing they really are.

How can a team not be up for a must win game. Norv is a horrible coach. He always has been and always will be. Every team, no matter how good, needs leadership and inspiration. Norv doesn't bring either to the table. That is why he is a loser. Winning teams have a good leader that can motivate, prepare, and inspire. Norv ruined this team quickly.

Rivers saved us....but we still played crappy. four fumbles and an int. We should not have one that game against a terrible team. It is sad when norv has made it so I almost want to lose so he will be fired.

....according to the spread the Bucs are favored by 3 vs the Bolts and denver is favored by 7. Since the Chargers haven't covered a spread all year the stars are going to have to be aligned with these games to go our way.
