OK. SOOOO Warren Sapp said on the TV that while Norv was HIS coach they NEVER practiced the 2 minute drill once. WHAT>???? does anyone know if the Chargers dont pratice a 2 minute drill? On offense OR defense? It seems like it would be a good explanation of why they suck in the 5 minutes and have lost so many games in the final 2 minutes. This is gross negligence at best if this is the case.

I'm trying to start a movement to convince Spanos to hire Steve Spagnuolo. Basically, the complete opposite of Norv, a fresh defensive minded bad ass.
F***ing Norv Turner the stupid asshole-face from Hell OBVIOUSLY does not do enough - provide motivation, leadership, or have the team prepared to play each game.
Norv also seems to have attended the George W. Bush school of public speaking.

However, A.J. ain't getting any points for hiring him, either.

There is no incentive for the players. They make their $millions$ no matter if they win or lose.
This goes for all NFL, not only Chargers.
I went to a few games this season with my buddy from Europe, he's professional soccer player overthere, he said after both the game in London and against Atlanta Nov 30th, The players don't care, they get their money. In soccer, if they win, they make money, if they loose, fuck no. They have a base salary, but there is a bonus if they win. That should be implemented into NFL. Make it an incentive to win. It should matter. It's weaksauce they still get salary after a loss. F-that! Chargers would have won a shitload more games this season if they had to feel the resession as everyone else.

Norv Turner is by far the worst coach in the NFL right now. He makes Romeo Crennel and Rod Marinelli look like frickin Abraham Lincoln.
The last game against Atlanta marks the worst playcalling in Chargers history. Somehow, Norv will top this, we fear.
Norv STILL can't manage not only the two minute drill, but basic clock management. Anyone else with the lack of judgement like this would get canned NOW, not next year sometime. Or the crap beaten out of him. Both would be good.
