AJ Smith thinks that Norv Turner is doing a good job? He doesnt blame the crappy record of the NFL's most talented team on the man who is supposed to be responsible for the teams record?

Well you know...... I think that every GM would say the same thing.... Especially when they probably already made a decision to can someone right after the season. I still think Norv is gone in Feb. If he isnt then AJ will be out the door too.

The same job he did running the Redskins into the ground and the same job he did in Oakland going 9-23.
As fucked up as the Raiders have been the last few years, San Diego has surpassed them by hiring an idiot coach who has NO clue about using talent!
Remember how all the talking heads spoke about the Chargers as a Super Bowl team?

Norv Turner has ruined this team. There is no doubt that when the ship is going in the wrong direction the helmsman is to blame. Norv Turner has never been successful as a head coach and will never be successful as a head coach. All fans of Norv Turner always say that the futer will be better because he is so terrible now. Norv has had and used every excuse for being a bad coach. Bad teams....bad situation...etc. But here in SanDiego he has a good situation with great talent and he still can't win in the nfl. Norv should never have been hired. He is an idiot.
Norv is like cancer. He comes into a team and infects them with his failing disease. He can't be fired soon enough. Unfortunately, they won't make a move until after the season.
