Tale of Two Cities and Two Turners

Michael Turner is the 3rd highest rusher in the NFL this year and on a team that was picked to be last place or close in the NFL. With a rookie QB and a former backup running back this team is now 7-4 while the Chargers are 4-7.

What is the difference you say? Well, the Falcons got a new headcoach and the Chargers got a new headcoach. One headcoach has game planned and motivated and managed his mediocre players to WIN games. The Chargers coach has taken the most talented team in the NFL and unmotivated and mismanaged them to LOSE games.

Does anyone really think that the a head coach isnt that important? Oh yea. AJ Smith does.

Im here to tell you the only thing in the Chargers equation that is different than the past 6 years of winning is Norv Turner. Sure, LT has lost a step but Rivers is an excellent QB and should be able to handle the extra load. THe Giants have a very good head coach and with the loss of TWO of their best defensive players are still great.

In the real world Norv would have been fired already. I think the Detroit Lions will be looking for a new coach and GM. Maybe our guys will fit in better over there in a city that is dominated by a poorly run football team and car industry that screams mismanagement and ineptness.

I cant go with who i WANT to win anymore and have to use my brain.

Falcons 27- Chargers 24.

If I were anyone on the chargers I would go straight to norv turner's face and say WHY ARE YOU OUR COACH

Another dominating performance by the chargers....oh wait another team dominating the chargers. Way to prepare the team norv. They are dominating in every part of the game. On the positive side if we continue to lose games maybe norv will get fired.

has anyone else noticed that D. Sproles has not had one carry today. However, we have let L. Tomlinson rush 14 for 24 whole yards. Give Sproles a chance dang.

Good point. Another coach would be smart enough to figure it out.

Norv Turner is CANCER!!! He is toxic. any team he coaches turns into a crappy team.

Gee Norv, there is a novel concept winning teams adhere to called mixing the run and the pass. Yes, LT wasn't very effective, but that doesn't mean he should not see a single carry in the entire 4th quarter. When you pass every single down, even mediocre teams can stop you and appear to be stifling.

If Norv isn't fired this week, I will be completely shocked. Get someone new, anyone. Norv should never hold a head coach position ever again in this league!

Wow....just wow. I finally got a little excited when they faked the punt. That was why the Chargers were once a fun team to watch. Adios Chargers

Way to go Norv. You took a Super Bowl talented team and made sure they don't even go into the playoffs.

I think that everybody here is overestimating how talented the Chargers are. Just because they were 14-2 two years ago doesn't that they should be 14-2 this year. They're just not a very good team anymore, and their record is no better than the Niners. Hahahahaha! The Broncos are demolishing the Jets, who demolished the Titans last week. (I guess that the Jets aren't very consistent. I mean, they lost to the Chargers and Faiders, lol.) That means that the Chargers are basically DONE. Get ready to hit the links in January, ya losers.

The Patriots got whored by the Steelers. Lol. The Patriots were swept by all of last year's AFC division winners this season. The Chargers, Steelers, and Colts all beat the Patsies. Patsies are 7-5. Lol.

I feel for you Chargers fans. We had Norv here in Washington, and the man is just not suited to be a head coach. He has the amazing ability to get his players to play at the worst level. And then he whines, moans, and scapegoats somebody. Why would any team hire somebody who keeps losing as a head coach?

Go Niners! They beat the Bills in Buffalo, something that the Chargers FAILED to do.

Please fire this stupid Norv TUrkey!
Marty! Marty! Marty!

Hey, Chargers' dorks. Expect your precious Chargers' game against the Bucs on Dec. 21 to be flexed off of Sunday Night Football in favor of a better game. The people of America don't want to see a crappy team like the Chargers.

Now I know why the writer in LA calls em the "Spanos Goofs" - hehehehehe

I don't even want to wear my Chargers shirt any more.

I blame Norv Turner.

What do you expect when even his name is NO rv?

As in No way to win..........

Loved the Turkey but here is the Christmas theme. AJ Smith is the Grinch and Norv is his sidekick dog who wears the reindeer antlers. The caption "The Grinch Who Stole the Season"

The Chargers will play on the 21st on national tv because ALL the games they play are exiting and close. Thats what they want. FOOL.

Wrong, moron. The Chargers are a crappy team, and NBC will replace that game with one between two good teams, asshole. Crappy teams like the Chargers are the reason why the flex schedule was created, jackass.

Anonymous said...

I should say that the NFL will replace the Chargers' game. NBC doesn't make the decision. However, nobody wants to see the Chargers' sorry asses.

I just looked at the Week 16 schedule, and there are a LOT of games that are better than Chargers/Bucs. That's a flex week. ATL/MIN, AZ/NE, and CAR/NYG are all more interesting, better matchups that just about everyone would rather see than SD/TB, so FUCK YOU. That game will be flexed, and there isn't a damn thing that you can do about it. The Chargers SUCK.

I told you that the Chargers' game would be flexed out, and it was. Now apologize, you God damn fag! It will be the Panthers vs. the Giants on the 21st in primetime. People actually want to see that game.
