This Picture might offend some of you but quite honestly I am not sure who I hate more. Bilichick or Hitler. No you know what? I hate Mr. Cut my sweat shirt sleeves more right now.
Chargers did a good job of hanging in with the Patriots with a double handicapped Rivers and the best RB in the NFL on the sideline. I am looking forward to next year already! Look out NFL! Anywho... Ill have post soon but right now I think I need to drink my sadness away and root against the F'in NY Giants and that sissy Eli Manning.

god f'ing double triple mother flipping damnit! If the Chargers could have scored in the red zone it would have been Eli vs the Chargers! Son of a dirty filthy goat! Slappy dappy ding a dong. I am trying to keep this clean, but I no longer can so I will end my blog.

Maybe Rivers wasnt talking crap because of the pain of playing on two busted knees. Kids got 1000% more balls than you.
Norv Turner cost the Chargers a chance at winning with way too conservative play-calling reminiscent of “Martyball.” Trading field goals for touchdowns against the greatest offense in history was a huge mistake. The future is bright, though, as Philip Rivers has emerged as the leader of this team with his lion's heart and his warrior's soul.
The second-half stats tell you all you need to know about which coaching staff made the better adjustments. Wait till next year, yet again.
I just finished reading “Play-Calling for Dummies.” My favorite chapter was the one titled “Things not to do when playing the Patriots in the AFC Championship Game.” It clearly says to not settle for field goals when in the red zone. I could hear San Diego County collectively groaning louder with each Nate Kaeding field goal.
That swastika IS very offensive.
Belichick did nothing wrong. He showed a lot of offensive looks and tried to win the game. The game that the Chargers had many chances to WIN. When does Brady throw three interceptions and that many incompletions?
The defense played good enough to win the ballgame. Norv Turner lost this game by his poor play calling and by not going for touchdowns and not going for it on 4th down when he had to. Norv did not keep the defensive pressure up like the Chargers started off the first part of the game with.
Get real and give the credit where it is due. Rivers did a good job, all things considered and many players played pretty well under poor circumstances. Norv called all of the offensive plays and you can't win games with field goals.
Now, Eli gets in and the Chargers sit home. Who was out coached? The Chargers. Easy question.

this team had everything it took to win and then some. we were without some of our key weapons and still could have taken the patty cakes down.
a couple field goals im alright with, a couple more when it counted the most im not.
we took the run game out of play the first half and made them pass. made it clear that if they passed we would intercept it. had them back on their heels and then the 2nd half came.
hitler was one step ahead in this showdown and silly old norv let him conquer his team with ease!
anyone remeber the vikings game? the same BS!!! happend and we have a rushing record on our conscience for ever due to the " sit back and wait" zone defense crap that we gave them.
the pressure stopped on our end and we paid for it.
next year will be sweet revenge but only if we get ourselves a real coach that has his the brass tax to make a real decision in crunch time.

Putting a photo up like that is very bigoted, especially appearing on MLK Day. That's offensive.
I'm all for fun and games and talking smak, but you need to consider all of Chargersnation and not be putting up symbols of evil.
There is a lot of diversity in this city and on the Chargers team and I'm sure that most people are not going to appreciate that photo, except for maybe some skin-heads.
Other than that, I am happy to be a Charger fan.
Norv's play calling blew it.

Junior Seau said Belichick is the best coach that he's ever had and he's been playing for 18 years. Could be something to it.

What I originally classified as a failure to recognize the tools at his disposal turned out to be brilliant foresight. Who would have ever guessed that Rivers would play and LT would sit out at the AFC championship? Good thing Norv worked on developing our passing game. While it didn't give us a win yesterday, it left the world wondering "what if" the Chargers were healthy. I am positive that injuries made the difference and we would be winning the big one this year if we weren't so banged up. This is one season I am pleased to end with "we will get them next year." Because we really do have the most skilled team in the league.
Norv's offensive plan got us much farther than Marty's, and I am now just frustrated that I have to wait until September to see what a healthy Chargers team can do with a fresh season and a new familiarity with this scheme.

Hey, guys. They pretty much had to "settle for field goals." That's a hell of a lot smarter than going on 4th and medium or 4th and long and not getting any points. Have you ever just considered that the Pats are a better team than the Chargers?
In case you didnt notice that picture isnt a celebration of the NAZI party,. It was just the most powerful symbol of my disgust with Bilichick that day. And besides. I didnt make it was sent in by a reader of the blog. Oh and im pretty sure that isnt even a Hitler uniform it looks more like a uniform from the SS and was perhaps a picture of one of the German henchmen. Its at least still good to see that people find fascism offensive still. Dont forget the facsists thought that countries that didnt premptively attack other nations were doomed to fail. Just imagine a world where we all 'premptively' attack one another. Non stop war sure is good for people in the business of making stuff for said wars.

norv eased up in the 2nd half, AGAIN and thats not what we needed to see.
we lost and thats a shame but losing like that sucks.
i love the chargers players but the front office and coaches are a a joke!
hire a real coach and we will win championships. keep the current and we will be talking like this next year and the years after till our team is dismantaled and we look like the raiders.
